Ketamine Evaluation — $450

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — $750
Up to 3 hours
Ketamine treatment provided within an extended psychotherapy session, allowing time for the therapeutic experience and supported processing.
Ketamine Medical Management — $200
30 minutes
Ongoing medical monitoring and prescribing for ketamine treatment.
Ketamine evaluation and medical management are also available for patients receiving ketamine-assisted psychotherapy from an outside, non-prescribing psychotherapist.
PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Care
RECLAIM is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. On request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial circumstances. Please feel free to ask about availability during your complimentary consultation.
Additional Costs
Laboratory testing, medications, pharmacy costs, and other third-party services are not included in professional fees.
